Diamond Grip
- Offers diamond shaped openings providing a non-slip traffic surface with serrated edges.
- Utilized in wet and/or slippery areas where snow, ice, oil, grease, etc are present.
- One piece inverted channel shape.
- Channels are formed by cold metal forming process eliminating heat stress.
- Easy installation by welding or bolting.
- Standard finish is Pre-galvanized (G-90, Z-275) for corrosion resistance.
- HRP&O available on request.
- Great strength to weight ration.
- Can be furnished “in the flat” for existing substrate attachment for surface retrofit.

Available in the following configurations:
   Width- 4 ¾”, 7”, 9 ½”, 11 ¾”, 18 ¾”, 24”
   Channel Height- 1 ½”, 2”, 2 ½”, 3”
   Material Thickness:
      - ASTM-A-653, G-90 (Z-275) Pre-galvanized 14         and 12 gauge steel.
      - ASTM-A-1011, HRP&O 14 and 12 gauge steel.
      - 5052-H32 Aluminum, .080" and .100" thick.
      - Type 316L 2B Stainless Steel 14 gauge
        (up to 11-3/4" width).
      - Type 304L 2B Stainless Steel 16 gauge
        (up to 11-3/4" width).

   Diamond Count:
      - 2 Diamond = 4 ¾”
      - 3 Diamond = 7”
      - 4 Diamond = 9 ½”
      - 5 Diamond = 11 ¾”
      - 8 Diamond = 18 ¾”
      - 10 Diamond = 24”

   Stock lengths: 10’ (121 ½”) & 12’ (144”)
   Cut to size and fabricated on request.
